My big girl, Alyssa, was in her first pageant this past weekend. She was a contestant in the Good Ole Days Festival here in Woodbury, TN. We took pictures of her whole event and the day leading up to her big DEBUT!
Here we are at the house getting ready.

She loved the new shoes.

Alyssa and I before the pageant. I am so proud of her. She is so full of energy and has such a wonderful personality.

You could tell that she liked the dress and her new sandals because when we got her all ready she just walked around the room looking down at herself.

The sun was really bright and her Aunt Jenny let her borrow her sunglasses. Then, she didn't want to give them back. She liked the shades.

Here she is when she first walked out onto the stage. She was waving at the judges and the audience. It was too cute.

Waving some more!!! That's all she did... I think she was scared of all the people!

Here she is waiting on the stage for the results. She sat pretty good, considering they had to wait so long.

Of course, she ripped out the hair bow.

Then the contestants 6-10 were asked to come back out front. She walked right to the front and center of the stage.

Here is her and dad accepting her third runner up award!

Way to go Alyssa.
Here is a picture of Alyssa with her daddy. He was such a proud dad! She loves her trophy.
